FlixFit is our first demonstration of the body measurement technology we have created. We’ve built a consumer solution for E-commerce. Use Flixfit to take accurate 3D body measurements using ordinary inexpensive webcams, tablets, and smartphones.
The app is a quick and simple way for users to find out their size. informed choices about the clothes that they buy online. Version 1.1 was released into the Apple App store in late January 2013.
How it works
Want to know your exact body measurements? All you need is a smartphone, tablet or PC, as well as online access to our Flixfit app code or web client. Simply follow the on-screen instructions in the app. As the video sequence below shows, you’ll be guided into a couple of positions. Our intelligent system knows automatically when to work its magic. Moments later, our patent-pending image processing algorithms calculate your personal 3D body image, with dozens of accurate measurements.
Flixfit has already proved to be a great way to demonstrate our technology. Remember, we have now opened up the platform to developers with our API and front-end code.
Understanding the background to Flixfit
We made a video in July 2012 which explains why the Poikos technology is disruptive. The presentation also triggered many others to sign up for our early adopters programme.
